3- and 4-stranded polypropylene twisted ropes of TERPLAST Ltd. are produced according to the Polish Norms PN-ISO4167 and meet technical norms of the European Union.
These are highly reliable products of highest quality. To ensure these standards we purchase the raw materials only from reputable deliverers and we improve production technologies. Our polypropylene does not contain any hazardous substances and meets ecological requirements. The range of use of our polypropylene twisted ropes is very wide, namely: - in transport (as towlines) - in agriculture - in building industry - in shipping industry - in household - in horticulture - in orcharding. Depending on customers’ needs our polypropylene twisted ropes might be used for other purposes. As standard types we produce ropes in the range of: thickness: 4-14 mm meters per coil: 20 – 1000 mb As standard our polypropylene ropes are produced in white (natural) and blue colour. For special orders we can produce ropes in a full range of colours. The coil have normalized size depending on number of meters per coil. The number of meters per coil is electronically controlled.
Each coil is individually wrapped in a thermoshrink film with the label describing the product and its parameters. This way of packaging gives stability of the coils. Our polypropylene twisted ropes contain the addition of UV stabilizer, and are resistant to solar radiation. |
