Polypropylene packing twines are characterized by high unit strength. They are excellent, high quality products which are used in: wrapping, fastening and fixing, binding etc.
The packing twines are produced from 1,2,3 or 4 strands. We offer the packing twines in different colours. As standard, they are produced in white, any other colours are available on request. Standard types of packaging twines are as follows:
200 - 3000 m/kg (5000 – 330 tex) spools: 0,25 kg - 10,00 kg. Each spool of packing twine is individually wrapped in a thermoshrink film with the label describing the products and its parameters. The spool has the beginning and the end clearly labeled. The unwinding of the twine is from the inside of spool. There is also a possibility of winding the spool on paper tubes and then unwinding starts from the outside of the spool. This way of packing ensures the spool stability and guarantees the full use of the product. The spools are packed two pieces together fastened by strapping band or in six pieces in foil or in a paper bag or in a carton. The products of our company meet the technical requirements of the European Union and the utility tests confirm numerous advantages of our packing twines such as: - high breaking strength - product elasticity - environmentally friendly - stability of colours - attractive look meeting all needs. The products should be kept in temperatures between -5 and +35 degrees Celcius. Store in a dry place. The twines must be always stored in vertical position. Do not expose to direct sunlight. |
