I. Machines and equipment.
1. The equipment for manual fastening PP strapping bands (strappers for PP bands). This unit is used for strapping cartons, soft packages and products stored on pallets. Such a joint is obtained with brass clamps. Some strappers are equipped with gear transmission, which increases stress power during band tightening. The positive features of these units are as follows: - simplicity of handling - low weight - low price and high reliability. 2. Stretchers for PP bands. This unit is used for tightening PP bands. The clip can be done with a brass self-adjusting clamp or plastic clamp with the same width as the band used. The unit can work both vertically and horizontally. 3. Heat sealers for PP strapping bands. These units can be used for non-clip strapping with PP or PET bands used mainly in situations where clip connections cannot be used or when the unit has to work in other than horizontal position. 4. Semi-automatic strapping machines for PP strapping bands. Used for connecting PP band of width range between 5 and 12 mm. You can strap cartons, packages, books, newspapers, cords, wires, pipes and hoses. The welded connection ensures easy and fast handling. This is safe connection with the possibility of regulating tension. 5. Rewinders for PP strapping bands. Easy and economic way of storing and rewinding of PP strapping bands in ø200 and ø406 diameter. Using this kind of rewinding gives you 5-10% savings in the total output.
II. Accessories 1. Brass clamps (non-coated). Used with the unit for manual fastening of PP strapping bands. Depending on type, the fasteners are packed in the amounts of 1300, 1800, 2500, 3000 and 3500 pieces per box. 2. Wire clamps. Self-adjusting wire fasteners are used for manual handling of heavier loads, for example at strapping wood piles. Depending on type, the clamps are packed in the amounts of 100,200,500,1000 pieces per carton box. 3. Plastic clamps. Plastic clamps are used to manual securing of lighter loads and products, if there is no requirement to use more reliable wire clamps. Clamps are packed in the amount of 500 pieces per box. 4. Balancers (spring reducer clamps). Used as mass reducer for manual equipment. Balancers are made of steel or aluminum. They can be used in: assembly lines with electric or pneumatic drills, screwdrivers, grinders, etc. 5. Plastic protective elbows. Used for protecting, stabilizing, storing and strengthening loads. They are packed in the amount of 1000 pieces per box. |
